What We Offer

We offer a variety of facilities to meet the needs of various groups.

We are available for churches, religious groups, not-for-profit organizations, schools, and families to host retreats, meetings, conferences, and other gatherings.

Overlooking the majestic Hudson River Valley at the northern gateway to the Hudson Highlands, our property adjoins almost 5,000 acres of parkland and nature preserve.  Storm King Mountain provides hiking trails with scenic views of the Hudson River and direct access from our property.  Also on-site are additional recreational opportunities in the form of tennis, playing fields, a basketball court, volleyball field, an outdoor seasonal pool, and our high and low ropes challenge courses. Kirkwood House is a three-story facility that accommodates up to 20 people in 10 bedrooms and has six bathrooms.  Each bedroom has direct access to a bathroom that is shared by another bedroom.   The minimum to reserve Kirkwood House is 10 people.  Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor for easy access.  The house is beautifully decorated with Victorian furnishings and has central air conditioning.  Meals are served in the house’s own dining room.  Necessary bedding and towels are provided.

Manor House accommodates up to 23-24 overnight guests in 12 bedrooms and has six bathrooms. There are two bathrooms located on each floor. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the first floor for easy access. The minimum to reserve Manor House is 12 people. The Manor House has its own dining room, where meals are provided by our staff. Necessary bedding and towels are provided.
Each of our 3 heated cabins accommodates up to 23 people in 3 bedrooms.  There is a common area in each cabin along with three bathrooms.  All beds are twin size and most are bunk beds.  The minimum to reserve the cabins is 15 people.  The cabins are great for youth or for adult groups looking for a more cost effective alternative.  Meals for cabin guests are served in Lindsley Hall. Guests staying in a cabin need to bring linens, including sheets, pillows, blankets and towels.
Lindsley Hall is a spacious facility that can be used for dining and meetings as well as special events.  It may be used by cabin groups, as well as groups of 35 or more that are using multiple facilities.  This facility can accommodate up to 100 guests.  This facility has two bathrooms along with central heating and air conditioning.
